Newport Residences is a brand new mixed-use development that includes Newport Plaza, the commercial Newport Tower, and 246 residential units.

CDL has commenced the redevelopment of its former Fuji Xerox Towers located at 80 Anson Road under the government’s CBD Incentive Scheme. Newport Residences is located at Anson, the southern end of Singapore’s Downtown Core Planning Area. Anson Road, Bernam Street, Tanjong Pagar Road, and the Keppel Viaduct above Keppel Road form the boundaries of the site.
As part of the Fuji Xerox Towers redevelopment project in Anson Road, CDL is expected to launch the residential component of the project in May 2023. The redevelopment project will be a 45-storey mixed-use integrated development where 40% will be dedicated for office and retail purposes, 25% for serviced apartments and the remaining 35% for residential use, with 246 condominium units for sale. Newport Residences will be the first integrated development in Singapore with four different components in a single tower.
This prime freehold site at 80 Anson Road is within walking distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT station on the East-West Line and the upcoming Prince Edward MRT station on the Circle Line. Itโs also situated within the Greater Southern Waterfront comprehensive master plan and is likely to reap the benefit from the upcoming transformation.
